MTI104-640 Uncooled Thermal Imaging Core

The MTI104-640 features a 21mm standard mounting footprint and a highly integrated, compact mechanical design, allowing seamless integration into space-constrained devices and opening up more possibilities for system-level design. Typical power consumption is only 530mW with CVBS enabled, and drops to 480mW when disabled—its exceptional power efficiency significantly extends the battery life of portable equipment. The core is built around a high-performance vanadium oxide (VOx) detector paired with proprietary digital filtering and noise reduction algorithms, delivering clear, low-noise imagery even under low-light and low-contrast conditions. It integrates CVBS analog video output, USB digital video transmission, and UART serial communication interfaces, ensuring broad compatibility with various system architectures and simplifying the development and integration process. The MTI104-640 is well-suited for a wide range of applications, including security surveillance, industrial inspection, power line patrol, scientific research and education, and UAV payloads. It enables users to quickly and accurately acquire thermal information from target objects for condition monitoring, fault diagnosis, and target identification.
